Couples Counseling provides a space for partners to work alongside a counseling professional in order to solve the problems–large or small–impacting their relationship. The counselor works with the couple to identify the precise challenges facing the relationship, then works with the couple to build an environment where both partners feel loved and recognized. It is not strictly about resolving arguments. Rather, couples counseling helps couples build bridges and fortify the bonds that led them to their love in the first place.

In Couples Counseling I strive to help couples experience a deeper level of understanding, empathy, and connectedness within their relationships. Utilizing therapeutic interventions and practical exercises, I help couples identify and address the unhealthy patterns of behavior and defenses that hinder effective communication and connection.

I aim to help couples build stronger relationships overall and find healthier ways to cope with issues as they arise in the future, ultimately leading to deeper intimacy and satisfaction within the relationship.
